PASTA WITH PUMPKIN


 Ingredients:

fusilli pasta

200 g pumpkin

200 g champignons

hot peppers

2 cloves of garlic

olive oil

Method:

Cut the garlic in half and fry in olive oil. Then remove the garlic and fry the pumpkin cut into small cubes over low heat for about 10 minutes, then add hot peppers and mushrooms, stirring for a few minutes. You can also add some water in which we cook fusilli. Add ready-made fusilli to the sauce, stir and serve.
