TIRAMISU


Ingredients: 
3 big eggs
100 g brown sugar
250 g mascarpone cheese
24 ladyfingers
250 ml coffee
30 g cocoa powder
1 tbsp amaretto or rum
vanilla

Metod:
1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks, then add the sugar and vanilla to the egg yolks and beat with an electric beater until the mixture is fluffy and creamy. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix.
2. Using an electric beater, beat the egg whites with pinch of salt until stiff.
3. After that, fold the whipped egg whites into the egg yolk, sugar and mascarpone mixture, stirring from bottom to top with a spoon to avoid deflation.
4. Soak the ladyfingers in the coffee with alcohol, not too much or they will be soggy, then arrange them in the dish and cover with tiramisu cream and sprinke with the cocoa powder. Make the second layer in the same way.
5. Place in the fridge to set for a few hours.
